Refund Policy for Mr. Smooth Shrooms:

All Sales Final Unless Damaged Upon Shipping:

  • Damaged Items:
    • We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
    • To report a damaged item, please email mr.smoothshroom@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged product, your order number, and a brief description of the issue.
    • We will assess the damage and, if verified, we will provide you with instructions on returning the damaged item.
  • Refund Process for Damaged Items:
    • Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we will process a refund for the cost of the damaged item excluding the return shipping fee. 
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • All Other Sales Final:
    • Except for damaged items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any other reasons.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
